In order for an announcement to be posted in Sunday’s bulletin, it must submitted to the office no later than 10am on Tuesday. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Donations and tithes are now accepted via Paypal, a safe and secure way to give to your church. If you experience problems with your transaction, send email to libertyhillamec@aol.com. Include the title “Paypal Issue” with your last name. Remember, all donations are tax deductible.

To add your name or special occasion to the birthday/ anniversary list to be included in the church newsletter, email details to smadison@ftc-i.net no later than the 4th Sunday prior to the celebration date.

The Ushers have Homecoming 2015 envelopes. If you would like to contribute to Homecoming 2015 and do not live in the area, you may send a donation via USPS or click on the Donate button below to donate via PayPal. Whatever method you use, your contribution will be greatly appreciated.

The first Relay for Life Souvenir Journal will be available for distribution on Sunday, July 5, 2015 when we celebrate our annual Homecoming Celebration. Contact Mrs. Debra R. Brailsford if you need immediate assistance, but additional details will be released soon.

Submit prom and graduation pictures for inclusion in the June newsletter by the fourth Sunday in May (5/26).

Relay for Life t-shirts are still available for $10. Contact Debra R. Brailsford to secure your shirt as you support the Liberty Hill chapter and cancer victims everywhere.

Sun., 05/17 - NAACP’s Briggs v. Elliott 60th Commemorative Celebration Service, Historic Liberty Hill AME Church, Rev., Joseph Darby, Guest Speaker, 4pm

The Widows’ Ministry has a prayer box located at the front of the sanctuary next to the finance table. Place your prayer requests in the box and of the Ministry’s prayer warriors will add that person to their prayer list. You may be as detailed or as vague as you would like.

The Manning District Lay Meeting will be held every 4th Monday at 6pm at the Old St. Paul Elementary School.

The New Members’ Class will meet the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11am.

The Readkidzz Club will meet every 2nd Sunday immediately after morning worship service in Classroom 3. .

The Imani Youth will meet each 3rd and 4th Sunday at 10am in the Fellowship Hall.

The Hands of Grace Ministry meets the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 11am.

The Widows’ Ministry meets every 3rd Sunday immediately after service in the Fellowship Halll.

The Praise Dance Ministry will meet every Monday at 6:30pm.

The Daughters of Sarah will meet every 3rd Wednesday at 5pm.

The WMS will meet every 2nd Saturday at 10am.

The Lay will meet the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11am.

Sons of Allen Choir Rehearsal each Monday at 6:45pm.
